  BUYER BEWARE bait and switch. Pictured beautiful center matching stone ...sent dark matrix ridden one. Then sent item in just an envelope....an envelope with no rigid packing. Of course it arrived damaged.....bent with stones popped out. Still fighting to get at least some money refund. Refusing to do full refund and would cost more to foreign ship. They keep emailing random questions or statements but won't actually do a refund. I agreed on half but so far it's been days and they are stalling
