    Yes I have been in contact with the seller. The size sent was a 40 (7), I requested a size 4 (37), the shoebox had a sticker on that stated size 37, but this was not the case. The seller advised me that this has never happened before, and would try and locate my true size in the warehouse. The seller got back to me this morning and could not find a size 37, but offered alternatives or a full refund through yourselves. The seller also sent his apologies for the inconvenience.
