After 4 smooth purchases, unfortunately this wasn't so good. As seller offered discount on item, a negative isn't warranted but item arrived not as described. Contacted seller who just blamed Royal Mail for damage to the blu ray's case but there was no corresponding mark on the package? I replaced the case and luckily the disc and artwork were intact. Shame about damage, as previous transactions were hassle free and left positive FB on those occasions. Good value and posted fairly quickly.

Poor communicator, blocked from future purchases. Doesn't seem to understand that items can be damaged in transit. Item was packed in a padded envelope. Replied to 1st message but never heard from them after that until receiving this feedback. Shame they felt the need to leave a neutral.
