I contacted the company sent them a picture of the style I received, I had an immediate response, they sent me the correct trainer with a return prepaid packaging to return the unwanted trainers.     My shoes arrived on time and well packaged, but ex display trainers were sent by mistake instead of new as stated. Upon raising this with the seller, they immediately wanted to make it right, so quickly resolved the issue with a full refund since no new alternative’s were available to ship. Excellent customer service as mistakes do happen. A great seller on eBay, and a marvellous example for many others to follow.
