  The kettle was described as New, which, although the box looked as though it had sustained substantial ‘wear and tear’ the kettle inside looked good - that was until I realised one of the filters was missing. I contacted the seller, who offered a partial refund of £5 so I could purchase a filter. I didn’t want the hassle of returning the item so I am now in the process of finding the appropriate filter. Unfortunately my overall experience has not been a positive one.
