  Bought 2 hats. 1 hat not pictured or described as posted. Inside hat was unfinished with 2 loose ribbons. Where were these ribbons supposed to be attached or sewn? Messaged seller. Plus, my $5 discount for buying 2 hats & combined ship disc of $3.24 was going to be deducted from my refund total instead of offering any compensation for my troubles if I were to return hat. And skimped packaging of box. 4 of 8 flaps were cut off to reduce weight compromising box. Lots of time wasted,I kept hat.
