  This item doesn't not flash. The seller kindly offered a part refund, I declined as it is a good well made LED. Please check with the seller before buying as the description is not correct. The light colour is good and the resistor works. BUT NO FLASHING. Great comms and a very respectful seller. I will buy from again because of the professional nature and keenness to correct the problem.
