    Seller informed me of tariff price change before shipping and gave me the option to pay or refund.     The item was very well packaged and exactly as described. However, I was assured in a message it'd be shipped in time and it was shipped out the say before the latest delivery estimate. And then I was asked to review the item before I'd even received it. For thr marked up price, I'd have preferred to get it sooner.
