  Item completely not as described, arrived and they are a full brass colour, not gold at all so completely unwearable. Contacted seller, they tried to say it was because I’m allergic to the item, which I’m not as I haven’t even worn them as they are unwearable. Now they are ignoring my messages despite me sending several and will not offer a refund despite them starting refunds are available. Complete con of a seller!

  hi you only sent 2 message , The colour is warm colour which is not yellow gold . (pls see the listing ) I cannot refund without return back item for full refund under ebay return policy. we are establish from 2004 years selling this jewellery without any problems . Please note this is gold filled under copper metal . It was not solid gold. please purchase solid gold jewellery to aviod the same problem in the future
