  Awful service I highly recommend not using this company. They give you every excuse under the Sun. My items were never sent now they claim that they have been sent and are lost. If that was the case, I would have a tracking number with such a large item. A tracking number is provided regardless.. 11 days since my purchase and I have not been updated with a tracking number and now I’ve been told the order will be cancelled. What an inconvenience this has caused.. I was unable to drive my car..

  A couple days After purchase I asked to cancel as it still did not show that had been sent out and wasn’t required anymore, Request was denied with no reason given. after the normal waiting period for delivery still hadn’t shown being sent nor any message being replied to.
