Great item and as described. However... Considering it was 48 HR delivery with royal mail out took will over a week to arrive due to not paying the full postage price. So created 2 issues. 1. Arrived later than I ideally needed it. 2. I had to pay fir the short fall. Which means very disappointed with the service. After churning the neutral and negative reviews, I realised I'm not the only person with this problem.

I ordered a Fractal Design Adjust 2 RGB Fan controller. only one was shown in stock. I waited days for the item to be dispatched. I received emails through eBay of other offers of items the seller had for sale and nothing from the seller concerning the item I ordered. It seemed the seller was using that item which did not exist to sell other items they had. In the end I cancelled the order but the seller refused. So I waited again but still no dispatch details. eBay had to step in and refund.

A very bad experience with this, the order was placed and paid but the item was never sent, no reply to any message sent - no tracking number provided. I am waiting for a refund having opened a case with eBay but even this takes days. According to Companies House's website SmartTeck Next Limited is run by Shafiqur REHMAN who might not understand that when people buy things he has to actually post them. This might not be a scam company, but I certainly feel scammed.

The item was never shipped and the seller never even replied to any of my messages. Ebay ended up refunding me. Scam scam SCAM stay away from this seller !!!!
