    Unfortunately we didn’t receive the item in time to use (5 days late), so I emailed the seller to explain the situation and asked for a refund. The seller was brilliant and issued an immediate refund and also resent the cake topper which arrived the following day! Still haven’t received the original item but cannot fault the sellers response to my issue!
