I received the goods in two separate deliveries which threw me but when I messaged the seller after the first incomplete delivery the seller quickly replied explaining that my shipment was split. Very good seller would happy purchase from again with confidence.

  Thank you very much for making this whole experience easy. I was unsure of where they delivered to, go a message right away. I was kept up to date with the delivery, via tracking.   This is a very poor company to deal with - first of all they put a listing in of 15 pieces for £25 then 'update' the order after I have bought it - the they say its free delivery then someone there emailed me to say that its between £15-20 delivery charge - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - very poor listings then surprise you with charges

  AVOID this seller, listing was for 15 but sent one that was damaged, they changed listing afterwords and said I damaged it myself and refused return postage, contacted trading standards and eBay, both said I was correct but seller made up lie after lie, eBay refunded

No changes were made to the listing after your purchase. It appears there was a misunderstanding about the quantity. After you requested 14 additional items, a damage claim was made—however, no damage was reported initially, and the item was never returned for inspection. As the claim appears to be unfounded, we’ll be raising this with eBay.

  Cannot recommend this seller enough. Ridiculously fast delivery, delivered 4x 2.4m tall posts faster than I've had sink plugs delivered. Courier was amazing, wasn't in for the delivery but they stacked the posts up neatly at the back of the driveway. Brilliant seller!
