  I tried repeatedly to have the seller give an update but I never received one. Ebay stepped in and refunded the purchase but unfortunately I bought this stone to match a similar one I bought from another Ebay seller so I could make a custom pair of cufflinks. Now I have one stone for which I have no match. The advertised stones were so alike, it makes me wonder if the seller uses two store fronts to sell the same product and there was always only one stone. I'd appreciate it if Ebay would check.

  Purchased a black well opal on December 7, 2024. Tracking was supposed to have been added however it was never updated to even reflect the purchased goods had been shipped at all. I have left a comment with Shiprocket and tried to contact the seller with no response from anyone. I may have to wait till later in the month but eBay will give me a refund. SELLER HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

  Earrings took along time to arrive, the earrings were just okay, they look silver plated and not sterling silver as advertised, that’s just my opinion.
