  Item arrived in very good time considering the distance, far and away the fastest service from the USA. That was, however, reflected in the price. Very well bubble wrapped for the journey then boxed up true to size. The item was exactly as advertised, an accurate description and true to the pictures posted.   Very pleased with my purchase from Solano Traders. The vintage user's manual arrived in like-new condition, seeming better than in the posting description.   This is one of my favorite eBay sellers. They’re very fast with turnaround time and ship items almost instantly after you buy. I’ve been a customer with these folks for more than a decade, and their service never fails to impress me. The one time I got a defective item, it was clearly listed as untested, and they took it back no questions asked even though they probably didn’t have to. If every seller was like this, eBay would be a better place! Would highly recommend!

  Dear Ashley, I did provide the information. I actually have the email addresses where I sent the information to the UPS Mexico address at AIFA Airport. Unfortunately, they have hired incompetent, untrained staff. They called me twice, and I answered and sent two emails with the information. Also, if you notice, the shipping information hasn't been updated since March 20th, which is 13 days now. UPS's actions are regrettable. I imagined it to be a large company, but now I see it's a giant with fe

  I think this was for our case but the customer didn't get their product because UPS sent it back to us. They needed more information that the customer clearly provided. I'm fighting with UPS about it. These things happen unfortunately. The customer was refunded and I am working with UPS to find out why this happened.
