  The item I purchased never arrived. The aeller was dismissive when I queried why the poatage was taking so long and could not be tracked. 2 weeks later a package with an apology arrived from Royal mail. Package contained a 2nd hand kids jacket, not the mudflaps it was supposed to, Opened a case with royal mail and supplied details to the seller. Again got atrocious customer service, still not recieved the items i bought or received a refund or had a response to messages. Worst buying experience

  Beware of this buyer SCAM ARTIST, item was delivered tracked with royal mail no problems with delivery advised by royal mail or tracking when delivered to customers address. Buyer managed to open the mudflaps on a bed surrounded by kids clothes then procceded to send an image of a kids coat stating they were sent a coat by our company LOL... Avoid this buyer at all costs....

  This seller is displaying a photo of a caravan breakaway cable that does not resemble the one they send to the buyer. I was going to give neutral feedback if they changed their photo to one of the item they dispatch but they have chosen not to. Another Ebay buyer as highlighted this in their feed back so they were aware of the issue before they sent mine. If you can't be Honest then Ebay should deal with these sellers. I received a full refund after WASTING a week of my valuable time.

  Screws are described in headline as BRASS but are not they are zinc Pasivated. Description should not have the word BrassThey are also double the price of normal supplier. Returning not an option and cost outweighs the return when you consider packaging and going to collection point. THEY ARE NOT BRASS you need to be upfront and honest not hide in full description small print. Trading Standards made aware.

  Postal service delivered packet that had been emptied. Helpful advice from Seller (rather than Ebay) led me to apply for refund and then to reorder. Refund received and high vis strips arrived safely second time round.
