  ***********DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE********** Refused to offer full refund. Then agreed. When the item was returned he made up lies about the key not being with the item. The item was not in it's original box but he never requested this to be sent in the original box. He refused to offer full refund even when he had received the item. This man is a disgusting person and I would avoid at all costs. 500 characters is not enough to describe how bad this seller is.

A wuick message brought an equally quick respinse- apology, and reassurance of the correct colour being despatched, by return courier, and automatic refund of original cost, on receipt of the returned wrong colour item... so yay.   Excellent ebayer and posted out straight away but unfortunately the box and black wrap was badly damaged and ripped apart but luckily the scooter was completely undamaged and fine.
