Unfortunately, I had an issue where the package wasn't delivered. After contacting the seller they immediately opened a case with UPS, the seller was extremely helpful throughout the process. After contacting the seller they would immediately get back to me which was extremely helpful. If I do plan on trying to order the 3D printer again I will be ordering through them.
