Delivery was a tad tricky + stressful as live in flats & have pneumonia. Delivery guy expected me to come out + was not happy. Full ratings as cannot fault the item or the seller.

    Originally delivered the wrong mattress. When I asked about it, they held up their hands and admitted the mistake. They didn't need to do that, and could have told me I had the right one. There was no paperwork with it to say it was wrong, just my "feeling". They immediately sent a new mattress and took away the wrong one. A costly mistake for them. GREAT SERVICE. I would recommend and would buy from again.
