    Item has not arrived, got lost in post. The circumstances were very unsual. Emailed seller and after they carefully looked into the case, the seller was surprised and admited that the photo proof of delviery was showing not their package. :) Royal Mail mistakenly took photo of other item! After few days of giving reasonable time to the seller to investigate, the refund was issued. Good communication, prompt action taken. Happy with the service.

    Different product to the one ordered. (Different brand, different finish, poor quality - 1 of 4 pairs of fine tweezers had splayed tips.) Received return label. Dispatched promptly to the seller. Return showed 'not returned' on system. Contacted seller a number of times during. Token replies only received. Ebay closed return. I lost £16.99 & the product. Ebay help (once good) now found non-existent. This has lost my faith in ebay. Been an ebay big-buyer, will move elsewhere away from ebay now.
