  This feedback is positive because the shipping was fast (less than 3 weeks from India to Italy) and because communication with seller was good The problem is that, for an incense box, I had to pay 6,33 euros of extra EU taxes. Ebay already charged me almost 4 euros with this purchase, which means I paid duty taxes twice, which is totally unfair! Of course it is not the seller's fault, but I strongly think Ebay should improve its duty policy. But seller is okay, I recommend this store! A+

  I'm buying these inscense sticks from this seller for few years now and I hope it will be available for many more. I like to buy a bulk (500 to 1000g) so, for one shipping, my house smells amazing for months. The shipping from India to Europe is ubelievably fast. From order to arrival, it took just 10 days. Package is always carefully prepared so everything comes in great condition. The price is ok too.

  There was a problem with customs fee, because the seller did not fill up the customs form for delivery in to EU. If he would have filled it there would not be an extra fee of 5€ for me as customs handling fee. I wrote to seller and he refunded the fee, as it was not my fault, as I have paied already the customs fee. Other than that, there was a GREAT communication and fast delivery of quality item. If you wanna drink copper water, leave the water in the jug for 48 Hours, it will turn blueish.
