    We received completely the wrong item. The seller arranged a refund quickly and told us the correct item could be sent out. This stopped us ordering a different one. The refund was processed quickly but the seller would not respond to requests for the correct item. Therefore we are now weeks delayed on getting the item we want. We believe the seller was not honest with us.
