    Very helpful seller. Sent out a replacement with no fuss the following day after I emailed to request a replacement, after my first basket was badly damaged in the post. The seller quickly responded to my messages as well. The basket is as described and very reasonably priced with free postage too. The quality is good for the price; sturdy handles and fully lined with insulating material. The size is ideal for two people on a day out and big enough to hold two lunches and a bottle of wine.

    Not as described. Outer postal packaging (black bin bag) was not fit for purpose The item was simply wrapped in a black bag which barely covered the outer factory carton. When the outer bag was removed, the factory carton was found to be torn/defaced and not "New - A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging." It appears to have be shop-soiled/2nd/return and not in a retail condition. Item was bought as a gift so was a disappointment.
