    I am very very annoyed with this seller. I cannot imagine what happened, as they sent me an obviously used kettle. Not the new kettle promised. The description mentioned some cosmetic damage to the box and that was correct but the kettle was in a disgusting state. Definitely used; full of limescale; covered in a filthy greasing layer of grime on the outside. I made a return request which was allowed immediately and I received a complete refund in due course.

    Great product at a very good price, unfortunately, the postage communication was shambolic, eBay emails me with a delivery date, but a later date is displayed on the Yodel website when I tracked the parcel. The item is great, but the delivery time was unacceptable.
