    Just received this product literally 10 minutes ago. First point is excellent packaging, obviously taken time to consider safe delivery of a potentially tricky item (foundation cream in a glass container). In perfect condition, the product is a good size and exactly the colour to suit my skin tone. Great value for money for a great product. Will definitely order again in the future without doubt. Would highly recommend to others.

    Not as described, so I sent an enquiry with details of the trousers received and the style number marked on the packing. I asked what had gone wrong. "We'll get back" they said, but they didn't, alas. The pants are ok, and the right size, so I kept them - just not what I ordered/expected.

    Arrived quickly and was packed well but unfortunately on opening was found to be used and broken. I contacted seller immediately showing photos and had an immediate response and was very apologetic for the oversight and immediately refunded.
