    Arrived 1 week late and only because I kept on messaging, then once they arrived they never came with the rubbers which they did send the following day, once the rubbers arrived they only suited 10mm glass but I needed 8mm rubbers, contacted numerous times on eBay with no answer, found company’s details and called 7 times to try buy but no calls back, customer has an unfinished and dangerous banister for over 1 week now, terrible customer service

    This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with on eBay made the order. They were quick to reply how long it would take they said three weeks and then message to see if they receive payment which ever are correct to reply yes. After three weeks, could not get them to respond to messages just ignored me was very frustrating as we wanted the Juliet balcony on site to be fitted. It’s now eight weeks still no item or no response to the messages. Absolutely time wasters.
