  Unfortunately the wrong size mattress was sent. After contacting the seller regarding the issue I received a message stating that my query would be forwarded to the correct department, but never received anything beyond this. I had to contact eBay to obtain a full refund, as the seller gave me zero information about how to repackage this item to return it. In an era of many good sellers, this was a disappointing experience.

  I was sceptical over mixed reviews for various mattresses but decided to go for a slightly more expensive one and happy i did. Delivery was super quick, although the box was slightly damaged on arrival the mattresses itself was fine, Delivery guy knocked and ran and left it on the doorstep but that isn't the sellers fault! It was for my sons bed and a great upgrade from his foam mattress, nice and deep and comfortable and hopefully ebay has another offer so I can get another for my other son!
