  Packaged in original box in a plastic mailing bag, shipped very quickly and arrived in fifteen days which seems pretty good coming from Ukraine to California. The transistors are as described and tested good using a multi-meter diode checker. I haven't checked them for gain. This was a good purchase and I recommend this seller.
