  I had a terrible experience with this seller. The clock I purchased for £256 arrived badly damaged due to poor packaging, with no cushioning or support. The internal parts were loose, and a 1 brass weight was missing. Despite reaching out, the seller offered no apology and ignored my requests for a partial refund. I also paid £112.17 for shipping, which is excessive compared to other sellers who charge between £60-80. I do not recommend this seller.

  Sorry you felt that you had a terrible experience however this item was packed well and shipping costs were via global shipping through eBay, we do not have any say in how much that would be. Both weights were packed inside the box, all loose contents were taped to the inside of the clock. I did not ignore your request for a partial refund as that has to be done correctly through eBay which you did not raise, had you had done so we could have sorted this matter out.

  The scooter was in very good condition and exactly as description. Bidding was not rapid which was surprising for such a popular item . After bidding closed there was a quick response from the seller, payment was easy and a confirmation code was sent for pick up. Collection was done by my daughter, very polite volunteers at the hospice.
