Item well packaged & as described & ideal for it's intended purpose. Experience let down slightly by the delay in dispatch & the extra long arrival estimate. It was the slowest transit ever from when notified it was on its way. Still waiting on another ordered at the same time so i don't understand why if despatched at the same time only one arrived & still no sign of the other 4 days later.. Great product but please speed up your service time.
