Seller sent return label straight away but label was INVALID for this return as covered weight up to 0.2 kg whereas this parcel weighed over 0.8 kg so then had to contact seller again who chose just to refund instead. Wasted over an hour in total and materials to repack and prepare for sending back - all for nothing except a £6.70 refund No apology or offer to send the item I actually ordered

    Delivered by Evri very soon after dispatch and we're perfectly packaged inside thin plastic bags to prevent evaporation and had damp newspaper at their base to keep the compost moist. I had a technical query about how quickly I should pot them on which I asked the seller and he gave a reply within 15 minutes. Will definitely buy from him again. Good eBay seller.

    The plant was very well and environmentally friendly packaged. The plant had been watered well and did not suffer in transport. Some large nurseries coukd take a leaf out of the book of this small family business. The size of the plant is good for the price. It got delivered very quickly. I am very happy all round. I would buy from this seller again and can highly recommend them. All stars well derserved!
