    A total delight to deal with, kept me updated of the repair process, and any extra issues uncovered, in my case 4 voice could burnt out, photos provided showing damage, renegotiated price for extra repair. Arrived in perfect outward condition but one not working due to heavy handling by the courier. Michael immediately arranged the return, repaired within hours, sent photos of the fix offering to either post them back to me at his expense or a to provide full refund.     Excellent condition other than two slight nock on corner, one in the pic but one because of delivery. Very well packed but two speakers moving around in box ,,slightly wobbly. Came in excellent condition apart from an extra nock on a corner in post. Delivery company’s can be Ruff with boxes. Michael gave me advice on how to dismantle and then kept me up to date with pictures and updates on the repair.
