Ordered 2 pairs stitch cosy socks but received one pair Grinch cosy socks. Printer not working to do return label and also couldn't get out to post office to do it, so messaged seller to refund me difference as only received one pair not two. I paid 8.45 for two pairs including delivery and received one pair of grinch that cost 2.50 from Primark. Not heard anything back from seller as of 23/11/23.

This feedback is not for me as i dont sell the item that the buyer is saying they received. plus it is not my fault that the buyer printer not working or they cant get to the post office, but this buyer seems to think that i am responcible for these problems some buyers are a total joke this one espically thinking i responcible for there printer and not be able to get to post office

Absolutely shocking the way this company speaks to you just for asking a question. All i asked is when the item will be arriving. To get a reply saying it clearly stated the item was sent on the 24th. Which I then sent photos saying it doesn’t state that and it only tells me the seller has sent your order but doesn’t say what date. Then I get a reply saying I clearly can’t see with a circle round where it says the seller has sent your order. Like I already said it doesn’t say the date it was sen
