    Everything went fine with the seller, it was just the product itself that didn’t live up to expectation, buts that’s not the fault of the seller, the faults are down to the manufacturer. Basically, the design/manufacture isn’t consistent as we have another of these in a different colour but same size/design but this one has a smaller neck-hole. Also, I’ve only worn and washed it once but already the rough-cut-slash neck of this sweatshirt is already fraying so looks tatty 😕
