  Arrived well packaged with the contents being in a box and each group of pins presented in bunches of twelve at a time. There are indeed the approx. quoted number of pins as advertised which, in my opinion, is very good value for money. The quality is excellent, just one or two have a touch of rust on them but then again, the overall volume of pieces far outweighs this. They look well in appearance upon opening and I shall take great delight in using them in my craft work.

  We returned the item using Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service. Even with tracking details and a delivery photo, the seller denied receipt and refused a refund. After showing proof, they stopped responding, so I had to contact eBay directly. Their 100% positive rating doesn’t mean honest service. Over £26, they’ve lost all trust as a business. Very disappointing—shop elsewhere if you want to protect your money.

  This is factually incorrect. The item was returned outside the 30-day return window and in an unsellable condition. We made you aware of this yet you still demanded a full refund. As eBay did not close the case in your favour, you decided to leave negative feedback. In our 10+ years selling on eBay, we have 3 negative feedbacks (including yours). The other 2 were related to courier delays, which were out of our control. I think that speaks volumes on our selling reputation....
