  I received a defective item. I contacted the seller with the complaint and a photo. Never heard back from the seller--somewhere in India. Contacted ebay regarding issue. Could not speak to a live person, instead was instructed to pay some fee in order to speak to someone about complaint. I will not pay, totally unacceptable practice. Thank goodness the item I purchased was not that expensive and I will not stress about it. Completely unsatisfied--ebay has lost a customer!!!
