The product is good but the packaging was a dissapointment, it arrived crumbling and with wrinkles i really cannot use it. I contacted the vendor and requested 100% refund because it is a damaged product and they agreed. Hopefully they will use a piece of cardboard and envelope to ship to others because really it was in bad state for me.

Extension kit received but with 1 of the 2 ‘ P’ clamps missing. Emailed the seller to raise the issue of the missing piece and they are now in the process of arranging to make good by sending the missing item to complete the kit as initially intended.
