  Item arrived as depicted, complete with a set of batteries needed so I set it up right away, and I am happy with it. That said, the box it came inside, was banged up, and the small branches of the tree had circular gaps between them as if someone had pushed their fingers into the tree. The external box was well packed, so I'm not sure how this happened, but I largely fixed it via spending some time sitting there, "fluffing the tree up". Regardless this little tree went perfectly where I needed.

  The product is good and so was the price. It took a longer than it was suppose to for delivery. The seller said it was due to security checks. That and the holiday season could account for the long delivery time and the seller did respond promptly to my questions. They kept me informed.
