Almost 5 stars because the product photo shows mirror image hands but the left hand received is different (This is stated in the product description though). Price: 5 Stars - Good value. Postage & Packaging: 5 Stars - Item was well packaged and received without any damage during delivery. Customer Service: 5 Stars - The seller kept me updated on dispatch and delivery times.

    Poorly packaged in just a bag. 3 out of 10 pack were broken. Seller offered to replace the damaged ones and were sent promptly. Was expecting 3 but received 8, 4 of which again were broken, but happy as I have what I needed and paid for. Hope in future they'll package better. I'd rather pay a little more for fragile items to be boxed than receive broken items. Would also benefit the seller as they won't have to replace damaged items. Great communications and offered replacement straight away.

    Great items as described! However, one item did arrive damaged and the supplier was immediately contacted with photo proof. The seller quickly responded offering a replacement and stated that they would express to the packers to ensure that they added more protection to the package. The replacement was accepted and indeed arrived today. The item was undamaged but the was still very poorly protected! Thank you, good service!
