    I have ordered 2 of the soap dispensers, one came broken. I have contacted the seller, got reply within 24 hours and new replacement within 2 days. Absolutely amazing service. I first thought that the soap dispenser looks little bit flimsy but actually it looks lovely and works well. I would definitely order from Superbuys store again.

    As a 88 year old frequent user of Ebay, I order two items to make a choice; I did this on this occasion and rejected this one. I tried to return it followed the procedure and waited for a returns label. I clicked the pink blob for ever and got the response 'try again' which I did 100 times. I managed to speak twice with a rep from Customer Services. on both times they promised to call back and didn't. Finally, I am waiting for a call from Elijah in Germany; I've not heard. Delivery proof.
