Bought a Pokemon TCG item from this seller. The Item was a bit more damaged than the images and description would have suggested. No mention of damage. The item was well protected and bubble wrapped for delivery. So seems unlikely the damage came during delivery transit. Nonetheless I am happy with the product and I would still recommend the seller. Very prompt delivery and I don't have much reason to grumble. But thought I'd be transparent with the item condition.

Terrible experience. Seller sent a bottle of suncream with completely inadequate packaging. Now refusing to issue a refund, claiming the need to "raise a claim with the courier". I don't see how that's my problem - they chose the courier, not me. Poor service overall and I'll be avoiding this seller at all costs in future. Now I have to waste more time reporting to eBay because they won't take responsibility for an item that arrived so damaged it was an empty messy bottle. Laughable seller.

I brought this for my granddaughters birthday it said it would deliver by the 14th June. I took a chance as I wanted it for the 13th. I was over the moon to get it on the 9th june excellent service, really well wrapped very pleased.
