  I ordered a hat in white and was sent a packet of plastic clips. When I contacted the buyer they told me if I’d wanted a hat I should have ordered khaki or black. There is one random photo of clips at the end, but no mention of them anywhere on the listing. I spoke to a CR rep from eBay who described the listing as “completely misleading”, told me to open a return stating the item did not match the description and to report the seller. Seller tried twice to offer only part refund before full one
