I've been purchasing for at least 3 years now and ALWAYS ON TIME and GREAT PACKAGING and VERY FAIR PRICES and ALWAYS HAS STOCK which IMO is the most important thing of all. I've sent in coins to PCGS from him and they've come back MS65/66 on Innovation dollars and others.
