  I’m saying neutral because the wrong item was sent- when I asked to send back the seller offered me a 15% refund to keep the item. I said I still wanted to send it back & a few days later they offered a 50% refund. I accepted this but still have the wrong item. I just got the feeling they didn’t want to deal with it.
