  Delivery times as stated. Item was very well packaged. Item was as described. Unfortunately there were compatibility issues with the item when I attempted to install it which were clearly highlighted by the seller after I contacted them. My return was accepted even a few days outside the return period due to delays in the initial response by the seller due to a very busy sales period at Easter. Considering the above, I would have no hesitation in doing business again with the seller (Tom).

  I bought this service, duly paid my money and within minutes received a message from Tom with all of the details I needed. I sent off my package and was kept updated all the way through. Once fixed I was told so and that it had shipped. Received the unit back the next day. Refitted back in my van and all working properly. Very happy with this. Very speedy, from my purchase to receiving the fixed unit was only 2 days. Highly recommend.
