Howdy all, I have a walk-in store and sell on three on-line sites.     Not impressed with customer service. The appearance of this headstall looks much narrower than what is pictured. I contacted them in regards to the bridle being a lot wider than it looks like. They should provider better photos. Customerservice just said it was the correct headstall listed. They never said anything on the width. I have a lot going on so I am just not impressed with this seller. They offered to take it back if I paid return shipping but all I asked for was 10.00 refund

    Will not buy from this seller again. Item never received. Although they responded to my inquiry - they did not respond to my claim of item not received and I had to remind them to refund. That part I did not think was good business on their part. 😔
