    The item was sent to me without and screws or parts. I tried requesting for the parts or a refund. However the seller didn't get back to me. Also eBay can't step in until a set period of time. Now I'm left with a bulky box at home which i can't return without getting the authorisation. I think that's so unprofessional, to not action my concern. I ordered it on the 17th and it's still not sorted. I need to refund in order to get a new one. I can even buy a new one until this issue is sorted.
