  So. Here is why the neutral and not positive or negative. Positive. Great communication. Quick shipping. Fair price. Negative. Item was confirmed as new with seller. Item was confirmed as new from photos. Seller sent a different item that was not new and clearly not same item listed. Neutral. I filed a claim for return and saw buyer is paying return shipping. I called eBay and before I got eBay on the phone the seller refunded full amount. Buyers be ware. Seller will resolve.
