According to USPS, "Package Acceptance Pending". So a label was created but the package was never shipped. I wish there were a way to leave 0's as I am pretty sure this seller would have plenty. After trying to contact you 3 times with no reply I can safely say you don't care.

First, this buyer was issued a full refund. Second, in their own screenshot, you can see they attempted to contact us during non-business days. Third, they're lying about the status of the package. Their tracking number shows four updates, including "Shipping Label Created" and "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending." They conveniently left out the "Shipment Received" portion of the status. USPS has this shipment and it is lost in transit. Regardless they were, again, already refunded.

Buyer claimed they received a duplicate size and were missing another. But the "duplicate" appeared to be from an older set they purchased from us in the past. We offered a FREE RETURN, a FULL REFUND and merely asked that the "defective" item not be used. They REFUSED and insisted we simply send them another set, for free, without a return.

Inaccurate description was not 1/4 NPT cost me $10 in adapters . Seller wanted me to send it back after waiting a week to get it and 2 days for response . Which is why I bought the adapters. Stay away.

This buyer was only after money and the item was exactly as described. Despite their claims, we actually responded to this buyer within hours of their message, which was sent in the evening. Furthermore, we offered this buyer a FREE return label and full refund. They declined, opting to go purchase an unauthorized, third party accessory and then demanding that we pay for it - even though we had already informed them that they would need to return the item, at no cost to them, for a full refund.
