    The delivery DHS van gave us a delivery time of between 1,20 and 2.20. Then they left the parcel between our bins before 11.00 am without knocking or ringing our bell to tell us. We waited in all day, until I got a message by email at 4.30 tea time that it was delivered…but it had been hidden between the bins all day. Not very efficient of the DHS driver.

    Happy with the seller who dispatched my purchase on time. Unfortunately DHL, who were supposed to deliver to my pick up point, were simply incompetent and made statements about successful deliveries and refused acceptances of delivery that were untrue. This meant that I never received my item but the prompt refund was appreciated and so I would still recommend this seller. I hope though that they look to use a different delivery company.
